Nathalie Larquet

She completed her dance training with Rosella Hightower in Cannes. She works as a dancer, choreographer and filmmaker.

In 1994  first international appearance as choreographer and dancer (within cie. corpus arts ballet-Nizza) in „IN CORPUS“ by Michel Redolfi, „Ballet Subaquatique“ (Under Water Ballet) in the Olympic Swimming Pool of Toulouse for F.A.U.S.T.-Festival – (Prix Ars Electronica 1996 in the Interactive Art category)

1994-1996 relocation to Germany, as she took over as director and choreographer for B.W.Gung Dance Company.

1997-2008 creating large scale performances internationally for BMW, Hyundai, Volkswagen, Canon, Panasonic and others.

2009 Returning in the theatre-system with „ZWEIfrauenSOLO“ with Wubkje Kuindersma at „Bühne der Kulturen and 2010 „Women among the Horses“ in Cologne.

2011 Winner of the 1st prize for the dance short film ‘REHORSALS – getting horses used to

dance’ at the “INTERNATIONAL CHOREOGRAPHIC CAPTURES COMPETITION”.

June 2012 Invitation to the BIENNALE DANZA DI VENEZIA – ‘marathon of the unexpected’ with her solo ‘strategies of the imperceptible’

From 2012 to 2014, she worked for six months in Israel with Ohad Naharin | Batsheva Dance Company’s GAGA technique with the help of the SK-Stiftung Kultur scholarship.

December 2013: INNERouterSPACES. June 2014 Invitation to the international

FLOW DANCE FESTIVAL – TANZ AM STROM – with the world premiere of WATERredSKY – together with Liat Waysbort | Israel. November 2017 ‘Proxima Centauri – In Wahrheit bin ich ein Pferd’ premiere at Schauspielhaus Bochum – ZECHE1 – 2019 ‘Helsinki Diaries’ with Gesa Piper in Finland.  – Official selection of the Dance Screen Festival – 2019 ‘L’Exil des Manatées’ with Julie-Anne Stanzak – Premiere Skolpturenpark Waldfrieden Tony Cragg – a co-production with the Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch.

March 2020 Contribution to the virtual BAM Gala with Julie Anne Stanzak for the Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch.
